Merch returns & refunds
Our gear is printed on demand and made just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size details before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email info@milestonefit.ca within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund it at no cost to you.
Shipping
Items are made to order and usually ship within a few business days, with delivery typically 5 to 10 business days after that. Shipping is a flat $9.99 within Canada and the US, and free on orders over $75.
Coaching billing & cancellation
Coaching plans (The Blueprint and Hybrid Pro) are billed monthly and include a 3-month minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime after your first 3 months.
To cancel, email info@milestonefit.ca before your next billing date and we'll stop future charges. Because coaching is delivered in real time, payments already made and the current billing period are non-refundable.
